To produce a high-impact, cinematic music video for “Freedom” featuring Tony Atlanta & Agape’ The project was characterized by extreme constraints: a mere 36-hour preparation window, minimal visual references, and a massive, unexpected shift in production scale from an initial 7-person cast to a full ensemble of 36.

My Role:
I served as the lead producer and director, managing the rapid-response transition from a small-scale shoot to a large-scale production. I oversaw all aspects of casting, set management, and technical execution under intense time pressure, ensuring the creative vision was realized despite the logistical volatility.

The Result:
A successful, high-energy music video delivered within a total turnaround time of just 62 hours. This project stands as a testament to my ability to manage complex, large-scale productions and deliver professional-grade results under the most unpredictable circumstances.
